Comfort Guarantee
90 days from date of delivery

This warranty covers adjustments necessary to ensure optimal fit and effective noise reduction. It applies to problems related to the comfort or effectiveness of the earplugs.
To benefit from this warranty, the user must wear the plugs daily for the first two weeks to get used to them. It is advisable to use the lubricant supplied during this period to facilitate insertion and improve comfort. If discomfort persists after this adjustment period, please contact our customer service department to claim under warranty. A duly completed fitting form must be enclosed with the plugs to be fitted. Upon receipt, the 3dB lab team will make the necessary adjustments to ensure your satisfaction.
Manufacturing Warranty
3 years from date of invoice

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that may affect the functionality, quality or durability of custom caps.
In the event of cracks, defects or loss of sealing, please contact our customer service department to invoke the warranty. A duly completed adjustment form must be attached to the plugs to be adjusted. Upon receipt, the 3dB lab team will inspect the plugs to determine whether the defect is related to manufacturing and, if so, will repair or replace them at no extra charge.
Exclusions
Discomfort or loss of seal
If discomfort or loss of seal results from a change in the shape of the user's ear, adjustments will not be approved beyond the 90 days included in the comfort warranty. These situations are in no way covered by the manufacturing warranty.
Damage caused by the user
Damage resulting from misuse, inadequate maintenance or intentional modifications is not covered by the manufacturing warranty.
Limitations

Accessories such as cords, pouches, lubricant and acoustic filters are not covered by the manufacturing warranty.

Shipping costs to adjust, repair or replace plugs will be charged to the customer.
