90 Days adjustment
To ensure your 100% complete satisfaction, 3dB provides all clients with a 90-day period to confirm the correct fit of their earplugs. Adjustments can be made in person at our Montréal lab. Alternatively, you can complete and mail an adjustment form to the lab. Our 3dB experts will evaluate the earplugs and decide if an adjustment or remake is necessary. The corrected earplugs will then be mailed back to the address on file.
- Adjustment Period: Give your ears a 2-3 week break-in period to adapt to your new earmolds. For easier insertion and enhanced comfort, use the included ear lubricant (almond oil).
- Fit and Comfort Assurance: If you experience any issues with the fit or discomfort with proloned use, manufacturing errors, or need filter adjustments, we will gladly modify or remake your earplugs within the 90 day period.
Earplugs warranty
Whether it's for continuous noise, motorsport activities, loud impacts, swimming, or sleeping, our custom earplugs are designed to provide lasting comfort and durability. 3dB guarantees all products against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of two years from the original purchase date.
- Coverage for Durability: Any breaks, cracks, or splits due to manufacturing defects or material failure within 2 years will be eligible for repairs or remake.
- Exclusions: This warranty does not cover style, material, color changes, lost earmolds, cords, anchors, filters or cables.
