Our filters are specifically designed to reduce volume while maintaining a relatively flat frequency response. Although higher frequencies may still be perceived as more attenuated, a custom earplug with the appropriate filters offers the most effective solution available.

B-30B-30 Filter (30dB)

The B series are specifically designed for industrial applications. The B series filters are designed for industrial use, offering flat attenuation for low-frequency noise and enhanced communication, with increased attenuation at 4 kHz to reduce high-frequency irritation. The filters also allow airflow to minimize occlusion and maximize comfort.

The I series are specifically designed fo IMPACT and loud sound applications such as work-in-noise environments. The I series filter are specifically designed for impact and loud sound environments. Ideal for high-noise industries, they reduce loud high-frequency sounds while offering flat attenuation for low-frequency noise, improving communication.

    The choice of filter or no filter can be selected for the right noise range depending on your work in noise conditions.

  2. Handle
    The choice of having a handle for your custom earplugs allows you to support your earplugs with a cord to help prevent losing them and keep them close. Choices range between fabric, plastic and metal detectable cords.

  3. Material
    We offer between MATT material to provide soft and easily removable earplugs or SHINY  material providing a glossed material for durability.

Frequently Asked Questions

Custom Earplugs for noise

Can I change the filter on my earplug

Yes, if you purchase an additional filter for $50, you are able to change your filter using a filter removal tool that is included. Additional if you are within your first 3 months waranty, you are able to request a change of filter from our team.

My earplugs are uncomfortable or do not fit properly. What can i do?

If your earplugs are not comfortable or there is an issue with the fit, no problem, we provide adjustments in our Montreal facility located at 333 rue Chabanel Ouest. Alternatively you can mail in your earplugs with an adjustment form indicating where the discomfort or pain is. Our technical staff will adjust the earplugs accordingly.

I have changed my mind about the earplugs, do you offer a refund?

We understand that earplugs may not be comfortable for everyone, however since they are custom made specifically for your ears, we cannot offer a refund. Your 100% satisfaction is still our goal and we will work with during the first 90 days to ensure the earplugs are comfortable and to your expectation. 

Can I wash my custom earplugs?

Yes, absolutely. It is recommended to wash and clean your earplugs with soap after multiple use and long period of time. If an earplugs have a filter, please remove the filters, wash the earplugs and then re-insert the filters.

I have lost my earplugs. What can I do?

No problem! We retain a 3D scan of your ear impressions on our servers for 3 years. You are welcome to re-order another pair of your earplugs with the same specifictions at a discounted price.
